I’ve gotten to know Justen and Eric through our NAHB Builder 20 group, where we work together as peers in the homebuilding industry. They are the real deal! What stands out to me is how much thought they put into the bigger picture of building — not just the house, but the neighborhood, the streetscape, and the long-term feel of the community. Their work reflects the same things they seem to value as people: care, professionalism, humility, and pride in the craft. During our many walkthroughs, he took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully, making sure we fully understood the process at every stage. The entire Olsen Communities team went above and beyond to create not just a house, but our dream home. We had our dream home built in the Fairview Addition last year, and it was a fantastic experience. The design experience was very personal and incorporated our lifestyles. We did not feel overwhelmed with choices and everything was presented in a very transparent and honest manner so we were never surprised about the cost of anything. Most of all, the follow up now that we are in our home has been great and the response has been quick. We love the neighborhood and the entire process has been incredibly positive and fun. Olsen truly seems to care about every detail and the satisfaction of their clients.
