Eric Olsen
PRESIDENT
With a background in architecture from Taliesin, Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture, Structural Engineering degree from Oregon State University and an English degree from Willamette University, Eric and his wife, Eve, have been passionate about bringing great neighborhoods and homes to the Willamette Valley.
Justen Maron
OPERATIONS (PARTNER)
With a Willamette MBA and 15 years experience working for large corporation (e.g. Nike), Justen brings our project management and operations teams to a higher level He leverages technology and professional communication to help buyers dream homes become a reality, while keeping an eye on the big picture.
Cody Orton
LEAD DESIGNER (PARTNER)
Long-time Willamette Valley “native,” Cody his brings expertise in state-of-the-art 3D modeling while managing a drafting department that produces first-rate documents that assure Olsen Communities captures our buyers’ vision.
Eve Olsen
REAL ESTATE
An Oregon State graduate in English Literature and French, since 1994 Eve has been instrumental in steering the company’s “touch-and-feel” of interior spaces and more recently helping buyers with their real estate transactions.
Gregg Palmer
PROJECT MANAGER
With over 40 years in residential construction, Gregg brings a level of exceptionalism and experience that assures our team delivers first-rate homes to our future residents.
Lynn Myer
OFFICE MANAGER
A lifetime resident of the Willamette Valley with an appreciation of its natural elements and a love of her hometown community, Lynn brings her background in small business management and ownership to the company as Office Manager.
Morgan Joseph
DRAFTING
With a degree in Philosophy from Oregon State University, Division I soccer playing and coaching experience, and a recent degree in Drafting Technology, Morgan is in charge of the nuts and bolts of the design and the drafting department. Her communication with buyers and her attention to detail are invaluable for our schedule, our quality and making sure our team knows what exactly to build.
Richard Olsen
SITE MANAGER
As a Pacific Lutheran graduate in Environmental Studies, Richard brings enthusiasm and expertise to our continued pursuit towards sustainability in construction.
Karl Ostrom
CARPENTER
Punctuating the “craftsman” in Craftsman Homes, our University of Oregon liberal arts graduate, Karl, brings a level of care and skill to the details that make our homes exceptional.
Sarah Meyr
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Every team needs a utility player. Sarah brings her small business experience and people expertise (Anthropology Degree from Western Oregon University) to pick up the slack for practically every department, from administrative to home staging help and everything in between.
